A charming story with a timeless lesson about honesty and forgiveness
This is a sweet children’s tale about the value of honesty and forgiveness. The writing helps you feel like you’re right there alongside the characters, while the illustrations are lovely and make the book visually engaging. I love that the mother is nearly as mischievous as Ori in the way she teaches her daughter an important lesson. It’s all in good humor and in the end Ori knows she is loved and valued, despite her dishonest behavior for which she got caught. I highly recommend this book for any young ones in your life!”

“A Christmas Treasure
This book will be loved by my students. My eight year olds will relate well to a tea party and the delicacy of holding fine china. We had one tea cup drop on the cement and my students were shocked that I wasn’t mad. Most of the tea cups had been purchased at thrift shops. A wonderful story about trust!”
