New Release Offers Help in Dealing with Personal Difficulties

Share :

How should we best handle personal struggles and difficulties in life? Secular psychologists point us to solutions such as self-care, feeling our feelings, and other strategies to deal with our problems.

In a new release, Fighting My Battles with God on My Side (Redemption Press), author Kim Hardy points us back to God and reminds us we don’t have to face our struggles alone as God promises to fight our battles for us (see Ex. 14:14).

After taking inventory of where she’d be without God in her life, Hardy points readers to the truths of the Word of God as the primary resource for handling problems. Then, as part of the body of Christ, we can reach out to others for prayer rather than stay insulated from others.

Hardy covers dealing with our emotions, how we respond to others, how negative thoughts affect our behavior, and self-esteem issues that cause us to hide behind masks. But in all instances, she points the reader to God of the Angel Armies, who fights our battles for us.

Fighting My Battles with God on My Side provides inspiration, practical and biblical advice, and help from someone who has experienced God walking with her through both the hard times and the joys of life. An expanded section of interactive and intuitive questions helps the reader go deeper into scriptural answers.
